Less repeated entry
Reuse checked customer and requirement data across your CRM and quotation template. Missing information becomes a visible question, not an assumption.
› Sales quotation automation
When a sales team repeatedly copies requirements from email into a spreadsheet and a quotation template, the handoff can be automated. We build a custom flow that captures the request, checks it against your catalogue and pricing rules, prepares a draft and asks an authorised person to approve it. AI can interpret the enquiry; it does not invent products, prices or delivery commitments.

Calculate from an approved, versioned price list. Apply agreed quantity, currency, discount and validity rules; flag exceptions for a responsible salesperson.
Keep the draft, corrections and reviewer decision together. A changed price or scope invalidates the previous approval instead of silently updating a sent offer.
› Practical use cases
Collect requests from an approved inbox or form, identify the company and requested items, and ask for missing quantities or specifications before drafting.
For a distributor, map requested items to approved catalogue codes and quantities. Unknown codes, unavailable stock or custom terms require review. This is a proposed workflow, not a customer result.
Populate an approved template with the selected service, scope, exclusions and agreed rates. A specialist still validates feasibility and any project-specific estimate.
After approval, record the quotation version and send through the agreed channel. Schedule permitted follow-ups and stop them when a reply, rejection or opt-out is recorded.
› What the engagement includes
Document intake fields, catalogue ownership, pricing source, currencies, tax treatment supplied by your team, discount limits, approval authority and missing-data handling.
Confirm the inbox, CRM, spreadsheet or ERP access method. Use supported APIs or exports and agree which application owns each record; subscriptions and permissions are checked first.
Extract requirements, validate product matches, calculate deterministically, generate the draft and capture approval. Sending is a separate permitted action, never a side effect of opening a preview.
Test missing items, stale prices, duplicate enquiries, rejected drafts and API failures. Deliver operating instructions, test evidence, recovery steps and the agreed maintenance boundaries.
› Questions
No. Prices and calculations come from your approved source and explicit rules. AI may suggest a product match or structure an enquiry, but uncertain matches, discounts outside the rules and commercial commitments need human review.
List the applications you use, monthly enquiry volume and the person who approves offers. Describe the pricing source, template and common exceptions. Initially use anonymised examples; do not submit customer records, credentials or confidential price lists through the public form.
Neither. This is a custom implementation service. The public lead-to-meeting demo shows related intake and approval concepts, not a working quotation system. We assess whether your current CRM or CPQ already meets the need before proposing a custom flow.
We assess API, webhook or supported import/export access for each application. Some pricing or ERP operations need a vendor licence or have no supported interface. These constraints are checked before a fixed scope is agreed.
Catalogue complexity, integrations, document templates, languages, approval rules and test cases determine the scope. The current website packages provide a starting point, not a promise that every quotation project fits one package. A written proposal confirms the total, delivery stages and exclusions. Maintenance and third-party running costs are separate.
Tell us where work gets stuck. We will assess fit, missing context and the safest useful next step before proposing a build.
