Automation lab · synthetic data

A useful reply. Or a safe hand-off.

Try support triage with fictional tickets, approved evidence and AI-assisted drafts. See why billing issues and unanswered questions need a specialist.

Capability demonstrations, not client projects or customer results. Example data and policies are fictional.

You review. You decide.

Category, priority and permission to draft are rule-based for these three fixed examples. AI assists only with writing. The reviewer remains responsible for checking the sources.

Three fictional tickets. No account to connect and no documents to upload.

Analysis runs only when requested. No emails, refunds or changes to a real help desk.

What this demonstrates

  • Deterministic routing and cases where a customer reply is blocked.
  • Visible evidence, assisted drafting and human review.
  • A browser-local simulated decision and downloadable record.

What it does not claim

  • It does not classify arbitrary messages or measure accuracy on customer data.
  • It connects no inbox, sends no emails and issues no refunds.
  • It is not a production authorization system or durable audit log.

Only synthetic examples are sent to the AI service, with interaction storage disabled in the request. Turnstile verifies the browser; run limits use an IP-address hash. Events outside the 10-minute window are removed on the next request. Decisions and edited drafts are not sent to the server.

The same pattern, designed around your workflow

A real project starts with approved knowledge, escalation rules, help-desk permissions and an evaluation set. Integration and performance are validated before any automatic sending.
